Peggy Mwale is a Field Manager at IPA Zambia. Previously, she worked at GOPA Infra as a Data Entry Clerk, and as an Accounts Clerk at George Kunda & Company. She holds a BA in Demography with Gender Studies from the University of Zambia. Her other qualifications include certificates in: Communication Skills, Project Planning and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Analytics, and Occupational Health and Safety.

Peggy is a resilient and determined individual, capable of working in diverse teams. She also prides herself on her willingness and flexibility to learn from other people. Additionally, Peggy is sensitive to issues of equity and equality insofar as people’s welfare is concerned.
