Pablo is a Research Associate in the IPA Colombia office. In this role, he works on early childhood development projects as part of the institutionalization of IPA’s embedded lab to support evidence use in the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF). Previously, he supported evaluations related to unconditional cash transfers and entrepreneurship programs. Pablo holds a BA in Economics and a BA in Government and Public Affairs from Universidad de los Andes, and is currently pursuing a MSc of Economics from the same university.
