Odbayar manages field data collection for an impact evaluation of the Philippine DOLE's KASAMA program, where he works with the government partner to implement the project, helps develop survey instruments, oversees data collection activities and assists with data analysis. Prior to joining IPA, Odbayar worked as an intern with Pact World in North-East Nigeria. Odbayar has experience working on PMTCT of HIV, MNCH and Child Diarrhea projects. He holds a BA in Economics from CSU Hayward and an MS in International and Development Economics from the University of San Francisco.
