Norman Sembatya is a Human Resources Associate at the IPA Uganda field office project. Norman helps in all projects and operations since he is the operations department. Norman holds a Degree in Human Resource Management from Makarere University Business School, Uganda.

He has worked in MTN Uganda as an HRTrainee, Worked with Aikan HR Consultancy Firm as a HR Trainee as well 2011 and 2012 respectively, and previously was working with Bayport Financial Services Uganda as a Human Resource Officer from January 2014-2016 February.
