Nicksaviour Ouma is a Senior Field Officer with IPA Kenya, which entails performing spot checks on new field officers during administration of surveys, making reports from the field, and updating supervisor on the same in solar lighting project, WASH Benefits project, and Women Entrepreneurship Development Project.

Nicksaviour has worked as a Laboratory technologist since his industrial attachment. In addition to this, Nicksaviour has experience as a field officer in different projects. He has his diploma in Applied Biology from The Eldoret Polytechnic.
