Nelson joined IPA Uganda in 2023 as a Senior Research and Policy Associate. Prior to joining IPA, he worked at Group Vivendi Africa as the Project Lead/Manager. Nelson holds a master’s degree in Economic Policy Management and a bachelor’s in development economics both from Makerere University Kampala and a Post Graduate Diploma in M&E from Uganda Management Institute.
