Nawshin Bashir is currently working as a Trainee Research Analyst on the Ultra-Poor Graduation Program. She joined IPA Bangladesh in February 2020, starting as an intern. Previously, Nawshin worked as a Project Officer for an NGO in Bangladesh, working on tobacco taxation policies and strategies. She completed her Bachelor's in Urban and Regional Planning from at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).
