Nafisa Busra has been part of IPA since 2015 and is responsible for communicating and corresponding with readymade garment factory management and owners, factory workers, policymakers, and other stakeholders. She also provides all the clerical, logistic, human resources, and administrative support to the Ready-Made Garment Productivity Projects team. In addition, she assists in data collection, data cleaning, and cost analysis. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from East-West University.
