Nadré Tra Lou is a Senior Right-Fit Evidence and Policy Associate at IPA Côte d'Ivoire, supporting in delivery RFE advisory services for the Ed Lab in Cote d'Ivoire. Prior to IPA, she worked at the Fund for Innovation in Development (FID) as a consultant on the Operationalization of the portfolio performance framework, project reviews and sustainable development risk analysis. Prior to FID, she worked at the World Bank as a Gender and Education Consultant on the SWEDD project and the G.I.R.L initiative, which is a project to improve girls' education in several sub-Saharan African countries. She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and International Development from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Bordeaux (Sciences Po Bordeaux).
