Mwiinga Cheelo is a Senior Research Associate (Data) at IPA Zambia. He is also a Technical Influencer (TI) for Research and Data. He oversees project execution and monitoring, ensures quality data collection through data management systems, and builds capacity in data management for Zambia and Malawi. Before joining IPA, he worked as a Data Associate for the Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis and Research and provided independent consultancy services in project and data management. Mwiinga holds a BA in Economics from the University of Zambia. Currently, he is pursuing an MSc in Data Science with the University of East London.
