Monica Vargas is a Research Associate for IPA Mexico. As a graduate with honors of Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM)’s Economics undergraduate program, she has developed both theoretical and analytical skills ranging from microeconomic models to programming in Stata and R. Furthermore, her experience working in various RCTs for institutions such as QFD, IMSS, and the World Bank has developed her management skills and an ability to work independently.
