As a Research Associate, Moe currently leads the Community and Food Vendor Panel surveys which monitor the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on health, income, agriculture, migration, and market disruptions throughout Myanmar. Prior to this project, she worked on a baseline survey that gathered data to assess the nutrition and poverty condition of pregnant and lactating mothers in Chin State. Before joining IPA as a Research Associate in 2020, Moe worked in an international development firm in the Washington, D.C. metro area which specializes in implementing USAID's economic development projects. Moe graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor in Economics from Grinnell College in the United States.
