Maryelis Martinez is a Talent Acquisition Officer at IPA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications; Public Relations from SUNY New Paltz College. Prior to joining IPA, Maryelis served as an HR Associate for Bronx Lebanon Hospital and as a Recruiting Coordinator for the Internships and Careers program at her alma mater.

Maryelis’ experiences have allowed her to develop a skill set and interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, talent development, and project management. She is passionate about developing relationships, building strong organizations, and helping meet the needs of people. She is highly motivated to create a culture and space where communication, trust, and accountability can thrive and to be a team member who helps others live out an organization's mission.
