Mary is a Research Coordinator for the IRC Research and Learning Hub, which is a partnership between IPA and the International Rescue Committee. Presently, Mary oversees four separate evaluations on health and education programs run by the IRC in Nyarugusu and Mtendeli Refugee camps, in Western Tanzania. Prior to joining IPA, Mary worked for ThinkWell in Washington, D.C. and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore, running evaluations in Kenya and Uganda. Mary holds an MSPH in Public Health from Johns Hopkins and a BASc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto.
