Mary Ederline Mamburam is the Field Manager for the ICM Character Development Project. Mary is in charge of field operations and ensuring high-quality data. Prior to joining IPA, she was involved in development work ranging from microfinance, migrant work and social enterprise development. She finished her B.A. in Economics/Psychology at the University of the Philippines in the Visayas, Iloilo City and her M.S. in Economics at the Asian Social Institute in Manila, Philippines.
