Marius Karabaczek works closely with academic researchers and local survey contractors on the Technical and Vocational Education Training project in Mongolia, cleaning and analyzing data sets and co-writing project reports and memos. Before joining IPA, Marius worked for the Austrian embassy in Kuala Lumpur. He has a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of York and an MSc in Economics and an MA in Political Science from the University of Vienna.
