Research Manager
Maham Farhat provides technical and managerial support to a portfolio of projects, including an ECE project assessing the impact of in-service KG teacher training; an evaluation of an out grower scheme for rice farmers; a project assessing the impact of tied versus untied savings loan product; and a study assessing the impact of group psychological therapy on socio-economic outcomes for poor households. Before joining IPA, she worked as consultant in Oxford Policy Management where she supported a number of evaluations in health, education and social protection. Maham has an MSc in International Public Policy from University College London and a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick.
