Luis Eduardo San Martin works as Research Associate for the project Returns to Post Primary Education, where he analyzes school enrollment datasets and assists in survey design, survey programming, and the fieldwork related to the project. Luis joined IPA in October 2013 as an intern, and has worked mostly in education projects. Before joining IPA, Luis worked for nearly 2 years in the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Trade in areas of international trade and market intelligence. Luis has a BA in Economic Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria.
