Luca is a Research Associate at IPA Bangladesh, where he has been working on the impact evaluation of BRAC's Ultra-Poor Graduation Program. Prior to joining IPA, he has worked as a Research Assistant at Bocconi University and as a Research Intern with UNESCAP, in Bangkok, Thailand. He holds a BSc in International Economics, Management, and Finance and an MSc in Economic and Social Sciences from Bocconi University.
