Lorena works as Senior Research Associate at IPA Colombia, supporting the development of embedded labs in that country. Prior to this position, Lorena worked with the National Planning Department of Colombia leading the Public Policy Evaluation Unit and performed as a research assistant for several public policy projects in Fedesarrollo. She holds BA and MS in Economics and an MS in Public Policy and Development from Toulouse School of Economics.
