Lluvia serves as a Senior Research Associate at IPA Mexico. Lluvia previously worked as a Research and Growth Coordinator at PIDES Innovación Social (an NGO) designing interventions as well as writing grant proposals, and in government as a Data Analyst at SEDATU, evaluating and reporting advance of urban development and housing federal programs. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
