Lizzy is a self-motivated, goal-oriented field manager with nine-plus years of experience in teaching, and over twelve years of experience as an enumerator on different projects. Before joining IPA Zambia full-time as a field manager, she worked as an enumerator on different projects. In addition to this, she has worked as a secondary school teacher in the ministry of education teaching both regular learners and learners with disabilities. She previously worked with iSchool Zambia as a research assistant and worked with Estates clinic as a psycho-social counselor. She holds a bachelor of special education from the University of Zambia and a psycho-social counseling certificate. She is also a member of the teaching council of Zambia.
