Lina Cardona holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Essex and an Msc in Economics from University College, London. Before joining the IFS, she worked in the research unit of the Central Bank of Colombia (Banco de la Republica). Her research interests include the impact evaluation of social programs, experimental economics, economics of education and labour economics.
