Leslie Alex is a Research Associate at IPA Sierra Leone working on the Youth Readiness Intervention, an adaptation of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) which looks at scaling up mental health services in low-resource settings. Prior to IPA, he worked at Siemens PLM, Bangalore as an implementation consultant and at Spry Foods as co-founder and operations manager. Leslie holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore. He has also earned an MITx MicroMasters credential in Data, Economics, and Development Policy.
