Lennie Gutierrez leads the design and implementation of staff learning and development policies and programs for all IPA staff. Lennie joined IPA in 2013 as Training Coordinator. Late 2014, she assumed her current role in Human Resources, working closely with all departments and country offices on developing, and managing learning for staff. Before IPA, she developed knowledge products and learning programs for the UNDP, African Development Bank (AfDB), and Asian Development Bank (ADB). She led teams working on capacity building and knowledge management for local governments in Asia. She has an MA in Regional Development Planning and Management from the University of the Philippines and Universität Dortmund's SPRING Program.
