Laura Pulecio Duarte works with the Pro-Savings for Conditional Cash Transfer Beneficiaries project in the Dominican Republic. She was an Intern for IPA Colombia for 6 months and worked for IPA Peru as a Research Associate for 10 months. In Peru, Laura worked in Project Development for the SME and GFII programs, and in Colombia she participated in an SME project. Laura holds a BA in Economics from Los Andes University - Bogota Colombia.
