Lameck Chiphesi Banda is a Financial Accountant for the IPA Zambia Country Office. His role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing monthly financial reports for internal and external purposes, reviewing and processing payroll data including salaries, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations such as NAPSA and ZRA, and assisting in the budgeting process. Prior to joining IPA Zambia, Lameck worked for Mercury Express Logistics as Customs Accountant. Lameck holds a ZICA (Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants) Licentiate and is currently a Chartered Accountants Zambia finalist. He is also in his final year pursuing a degree in Accounting from The University of Lusaka.
