Kyla Longman is a Research Manager with IPA Uganda, leading a portfolio of projects in the sectors of education, health, and consumer protection in digital finance. Prior to joining IPA, Kyla worked as the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for ACTED in Yemen and as a Research Consultant in the humanitarian sector in the Middle East. Kyla holds an MSc in Research Methods for International Development from SOAS, University of London and a BA in Middle Eastern Studies and Political Science from Boston College.
