Karoline is a research associate of the Moving Beyond Conditional Cash Transfers project in the Dominican Republic. Prior to joining IPA, she worked as a research assistant on a study about mobile banking and financial literacy in Mozambique and interned at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in Serbia. Karoline studied in Germany and Colombia and holds an MSc in Economics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal.
