Juan Felipe Gutierrez is part of the field staff in charge of analyze and clean data from small and medium enterprises, supporting the dataset for the evaluation of the pilot program "Technology ExTension Services to Promote Growth and productivity" in Colombia. Previously, he was a Research Assistant in the Central Bank of Colombia and CENDEX institute. He has a BA in Economics and Master´s candidate in Economics both at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
