Juan Sebastián is a Research Associate and currently works in the evaluation of an entrepreneurship soft skills training program overlaid with novel imagery techniques (often used in cognitive behavioral therapy) in Bogotá. Before joining IPA, he worked with the Alberto Lleras Camargo School of Government as a Research Professional evaluating the mental health consequences of armed conflict in Colombia. Juan holds a BA in Economics and Industrial Engineering and an MSc in Interdisciplinary Development Studies from Universidad de los Andes, Colombia.
