Joseph Nyamanue Davis is the Field Manager for IPA's Liberia "GiveDirectly Cash Benchmarking: RCT of Unconditional Household Grants" project in Liberia. Previously, Joseph was an M&E Officer for International Rescue Committee's (IRC's) "Women and Children Protection" project (WPE) and the "COVID Respond" project. In this role, he managed an initiative with the Iris Aid sponsor project WPE and IRC sponsored "COVID Respond" as well as a project aimed at encouraging voluntary savings among low-income women, engaging men and boys in accountable practices to stop GBV, and the "Girl Shine" activities aimed at girls empowerment. Before his work with the IRC WPE team, Joseph was a Research Assistant/Link NCA SMART Supervisor for Action Contre la Faim (ACF ) Liberia.
