Jose is a Policy Associate at IPA Philippines, working on the Philippine Socioeconomic Panel Survey. He previously served at Philippine government agencies including the Development Academy of the Philippines, the National Security Council Secretariat, and the University of the Philippines Center for Integrative and Development Studies. He is finishing his Master's degree in Asian Studies from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
