Program Coordinator
Johann Roldan is the Program Coordinator for the Financial Inclusion Program (FIP). In this role, he coordinates FIP's Competitive Research Fund and supports communications, knowledge management, and business development. He previously served as Senior Program Associate for IPA's Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) Program, coordinating the Competitive Research Fund on SME Growth and Entrepreneurship and supporting the Program's external and internal communications and events. Before joining IPA, he was the Networking Support Associate at the Rights and Resources Initiative in Washington, DC, where he worked with Indigenous Peoples organizations, decision-makers, and multilateral donors promoting successful community forest enterprise models and reforms focused on this sector. Johann received his BA in Government and Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin in 2013 and has previously interned at the Council on Foreign Relations and the Organization of American States in Washington, DC. He is originally from Lima, Peru.
