Jimmy is a Senior Data Officer at IPA Tanzania, where his role includes: programming data collection instruments for computer-aided interviews (CAI using ODK/Survey CTO) to project specifications; monitoring projects for compliance with standards for data collection; quality assurance, storage, and security and taking appropriate action to resolve any lapses; training staff on technical topics including Stata and Survey CTO as well as data security and data management; and other data related-tasks including preparing data flow and cleaning. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Dodoma.
