Jihae Hong is currently Country Representative for IPA Myanmar. She was previously the Country Representative at IPA Mongolia, where she managed three Millennium Challenge Corporation evaluations on land rights, herder livelihoods, and vocational education. Prior to IPA, Jihae worked in marketing consulting, housing research, and public library administration. Jihae has Bachelors degrees in Mathematics and English Literature from University of Chicago and Masters in Quantitative Methods in Social Science from Columbia University.
