Jesús works as a Research Associate on the Flexible Credit Study in Colombia. Before joining IPA, he worked on different projects in Colombia, Ecuador and Chile for different organizations including the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. Jesús holds a BA in Economics from Universidad del Norte (Colombia) and an MA in Economics from Georgetown University.
