Jessica Tollette is IPA’s Director of DEI and Employee Experience, where she leads the organization’s global DEI, employee engagement, onboarding, and offboarding strategies. Prior to joining IPA, she was the founding academic director of IE University’s Bachelor in Behavior and Social Sciences in Madrid, Spain. She was also an award-winning professor and collaborator with IE’s Africa Center and Center for Health, Wellbeing, and Happiness, where she led research on diversity and inclusion and taught seminars on kindness, empathy, and compassion. She holds an MA and a Ph.D. in Sociology from Harvard University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania in Communication with a minor in Hispanic Studies.
