Jeff Shakumbila is a Procurement Assistant for IPA Zambia where he manages all Project Procurement and Logistical functions. Before joining IPA, he worked for a Zambia Telecommunications Company Limited. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Science from the University of Lusaka and is currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management from Zambia Open University. Jeff’s previous achievements include value creation through the development of a procurement tracking tool and reporting system that helped in the planning and racking activities of the department at Zambia Telecommunications Company Limited.
