Jean De Dieu Ntivuguruzwa has worked as a field supervisor in the Community Based Environmental Health Promotion Program Project within IPA from January to April, 2015. Now Jean works as a Field Manager for the DIME/LWH Irrigation Project, which evaluates the impact and sustainability of irrigation in Rwanda. 

Before joining IPA in 2015, Jean worked as a surveyor and data editor in World Vision, National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda and assisted in the land registration as a Field Manager in the National Land Center. Jean has a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Rwanda, College of Business and Economics.
