In his role as Operations Coordinator, Procurement Logistics & IT for IPA Liberia, James ensures that all statutory and registration requirements for the office are completed fully and in a timely manner, with the support of the Country Director and Senior Finance Officer. He leads the operations team in procurement workflows, directly overseeing the Operations Assistant and acting as the Procurement Administrator to ensure full compliance with IPA’s Global Procurement Manual. James has more than 15 years of professional experience in administration and human resources for international organizations in the nonprofit and public sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Accounting from the University College of Management Studies in Ghana.
