He has a background in field management, research survey work, data collection, project coordination, and team leadership. Jade has contributed to multiple healthcare evaluation projects and is skilled in field operations. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from the John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University-Arevalo.
