As a Grants Manager, Jackie supports the growing portfolios of the Research & Policy and Research & Methodology teams. She has extensive international program and grants management experience, having worked on boosting the livelihoods of women and youth in conflict-affected regions of the world. Jackie has managed sub-awards and subcontracts for U.S. government grants and will contribute to IPA’s sub-award resources and monitoring—a 2022 goal of the Grants team.
