Izzy is a Research Associate at IPA Sierra Leone, working on the Social Incentives for Childhood Immunization scale-up project. She has previously worked as a researcher analyzing the sustainability practices of financial institutions and for an immigration charity in London. She has a Master’s in Migration Studies from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.
