Isabella Contreras works as a Research Associate for IPA's Applied Research & Methods group, supporting the Poverty Probability Index and Research Methods Initiative. Before joining IPA, she worked as a consultant for Argentina's water and sanitation utility (AySA) and was an intern at Colombia's central bank. Isabella holds a master's degree in Development Management with specialism in Applied Development Economics from the London School of Economics, as well as BAs in Economics and Government and Public Affairs from the Universidad de los Andes.
