Lorraine Cara joined IPA Philippines in 2014. She is responsible for checking and monitoring the financial operations across projects of the county office. She prepares financial reports and analysis for both the Philippines and Myanmar Country Offices. Before joining IPA, she worked as a Finance/Accounting Staff in various industries such as manufacturing and car dealership companies. She holds a degree in BS Accountancy from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
