A member of IPA-Uganda's Senior Management team, Harrison manages a portfolio of projects in governance, health, business, and social protection. He was a previously a Senior Research Associate in Uganda, and a Research Analyst at IPA headquarters where he assisted in the development of Stata and Github training resources and the rollout of IPA's Data Repository. He also interned with IPA and GiveDirectly in Kisumu and Nairobi, Kenya. Harrison graduated in 2012 with a BA in Political Science and Economics from McGill University.
