Hamady has experience leading the design, implementation, and compliance oversight functions in Contracts, Grants, Field Operations, and Procurement activities for development programs funded by USAID, CDC, USDA, MCC, DFAT, FCDO, The African Development Bank, and The World Bank. Prior to joining IPA, he worked at DT-Global as the Procurement Agent Team Lead for MCA-Niger, and at International Rescue Committee (IRC) as the Director of Contracts and Large Awards, where he tackled institutional contract readiness initiatives. Hamady has a Baccalaureate in Economics and Social Sciences from Lycée Denis Diderot in Nairobi, Kenya, an MPA from Ecole Nationale d’Administration in Bamako, Mali, and a Commercial Pilot License from Fletcher Aviation Academy in Houston, Texas. He is fluent in French, Bambara, and Swahili.
