Guiliana is a Senior Research Associate at IPA Peru, where she supports projects on gender, education, and governance. She has professional experience in the implementation and evaluation of randomized controlled trials. Currently, she leads a census project in collaboration with the Ministry of Education of El Salvador, focusing on parental migration to identify policy actions to mitigate its effects. Guiliana holds a BA in Economics from the National University of San Marcos.
