Greg Dobbels joined IPA in October 2013 as a Program Associate with the Financial Services for the Poor Initiative. Prior to joining IPA, he worked on monitoring and evaluation for a USAID funded export promotion project in Ghana. Greg holds a BA in Economics and Government from Cornell University.
